IGORR – International Group on Research Reactors.

The JRH was strongly represented at the last IGORR (International Group On Research Reactor) conference which this year was coupled with the TRTR (internal network in the USA bringing together all the operators of research reactors)conference.
This conference brings together the global research reactor community around various items (operation, safety, R&D experimentation, renovation works, new projects, etc.), it took place in June 18-23 at the University of Maryland campus in College Park near Washington, DC.
It allowed the CEA to submit several papers of interest concerning the JHR:
–Â Overview and roadmap 2023
–Â Preparation and ramp-up of the operation of the future reactor
–Â Main deliverables of the European project JHOP2040
–Â Design and mock-up of ADELINE and MADISON devices.
These exchanges confirm the interest and expectation of the MTR (Material Tests Reactor) user community for the RJH.
